Pre-requisites - 20 Private Pilates lessons and 6 Group classes. At least 10 privates need to be with a Core Pilates NYC faculty member at Soulistic. Pre-requisites should be completed at Soulistic Studio & Spa unless other arrangements have been made. Once you have turned in your application, you are eligible for a 20% discount on all packages and classes at Soulistic.

This 22 hour intense certification course is geared towards the experienced instructor who can assimilate information quickly. The three-day course covers all the information from the pelvic floor, prenatal and post natal courses. The information is formatted to become a single program that will allow the instructor to take their client through pregnancy, into the early postnatal period and progress to a regular postnatal session. The exercise programs are linked through each period for maximum benefit to the client. This course is the best way to learn how to teach your pre/post natal client.
